Morning Strength Series

60 minutes: $300.00

5am & 6am classes

These group sessions are small and focused on Mobility and Strength training with splashes of Cardio.

The series runs in 6 week intervals and costs $300.00. Lots of movement, lots of support, lots of fun. 

Wellness & Recovery

25 minutes: $65.00
75 minutes: $125.00

Enjoy 75 minutes of quiet down time & recovery after a week of working and playing hard.

All Inclusive price - $125.00

Breathwork, Aromatherapy, Assisted Stretching, Foot Soaks & Scrubs.

Or let us take an Cold Plunge -25 minutes ($65) to address that inflammation and tap into that Muscle Recovery.

Stretch & Mobility Classes

60 minutes: $25.00

These small group sessions are indoors and are held in Oldbury, St. Philip. The cost per class is $25.00 or 3 sessions are $65.00

 

Outdoor Movement Sessions

60 minutes: $150.00

Outdoor Group Fitness; Tuesday & Thursday evenings, centrally located at the Wildey Gymnasium. These sessions are 60 minutes and combine cardio, resistance and mobility. The cost for the 6 week program is $150.00.

Mobility for Student Athletes

60 minutes: $45.00

These sessions are discounted and are tailored to teenagers and young adults who play sports. Sessions are usually 1 hour and are $45
